Meet Tang

The ladies of TANG met while performing improv and sketch comedy in Los Angeles. In a short time they TANGed North America, releasing videos every week and performing shows in NYC, Toronto, San Francisco and of course, Hollywood! These ladies are the proud title holders of LOS ANGELES BEST SKETCH COMEDY GROUP, awarded to them in the 2009 Los Angeles Improv Comedy Festival. ANDIE BOLT performs comedy a few nights a week between the UCB Theater LA and iO West, including her UCB Maude team Marvin Berry. She was recently hired to write and perform comedy content exclusively for The Black Eyed Peas. She also had a recurring role on NBC’s ER.

LILAN BOWDEN loves sketch and improv comedy and performs often. She studies at Upright Citizens Brigade LA, and performs there, at iO West, and other neighbor theaters all around Los Angeles. Along with the rest of her long form improv group TAB, she created and hosts a weekly improv night in LA called Crashbar Improv (www.crashbarimprov.com) featuring improv groups from all schools of thought. She does commercials too.

BARBARA KING, a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, can be seen performing improv and sketch comedy at Groundlings, iO and UCB. TV credits include: Law and Order; Law and Order SVU; All My Children; As the World Turns and several national commercials. Movie credits include: Political Disasters; To and From New York and Urchin.

KIM MARIE MULLIGAN is an alumni of iO West. She currently hosts a weekly show called “Sketch Cagematch“ and can be seen performing improv and sketch at iO West, UCB and MI’s Westside Comedy Theater. Kim was recently seen in “Dorothy After Oz” at the Promande Playhouse. Movie credits include Pushing Thirty and 3 Ways to Sunday.
